Because the soldering iron has three terminals, one of which is grounded and the other two are connected to two leads of the soldering iron core (these two terminals are directly connected to the 220v AC power supply through the power cord). If the 220v AC power cord is wrongly connected to the terminal of the grounding wire, the electric soldering iron shell will be charged, and the weldment will also be charged, which will easily lead to electric shock accidents. When you pick up the soldering iron and start using it, you need to clean the soldering iron mouth. However, you don't need to take the soldering iron mouth to sponge for cleaning, just put the tin on the soldering iron mouth in a tin-collecting cardboard box, so that the temperature of the soldering iron mouth will not drop rapidly. If there is still difficulty in extracting tin from the ic, you can easily extract more tin by adding some tin (because the tin wire contains flux); 6. It is normal for the soldering iron temperature to be between 340 and 380 degrees, and some sensitive components can only accept the welding temperature of 240 to 280 degrees; 7. The mouth of the soldering iron is red, so it should not be treated with metal equipment such as blades, but with rosin or tin wire; 8. After using it every day, clean it first, then add enough tin, and then cut off the power supply immediately.
