How to use welding head for a long time?

1. Due to the connection of electroplating, welding head should never file or grind welding head with a knife; 

2. It is advocated that fresh solder should be coated on the welding head for the first time to remove the oxide coated on it; 

3. When welding, try to choose flux with neutral activity; 

4. Clean welding head Use the cleaning sponge produced by the original factory and add some water, but do not wipe it with a cloth;

 5. Adhere to the tin coating on the working surface all the time, only wipe it before use, and apply tin immediately after use;

6. Assuming that the welding head is not tin-coated, use flux and cleaning sponge to clean the surface of welding head; 

7. If the welding temperature is higher than 350°c and the operation is suspended for more than 1 hour, the welding head should be frequently tin-plated; 

8. Before closing the soldering station, do not remove the remaining solder on the welding head. The remaining tin will maintain the tin surface under the condition of welding head heating back to prevent oxidation; 

9. Prevent the use of anti-seize solder (except the thread head), otherwise it will affect the function of the welding head; 

10. Assuming occlusion occurs, try to remove the welding head at the time of waste heat of the soldering iron; 11. To prevent occlusion, the welding head can be removed from the soldering pen at intervals; 

12. It is advocated that the water added to the cleaning sponge is distilled water, because the minerals contained in most tap water will corrode the welding head; 

13. The used welding head storage should pay attention to the following: a. Clean the welding head with a cleaning sponge; B. Wrap the welding head with solder C. Turn off the power supply and wait for the welding head to cool D. Put the soldering iron hand on the soldering iron bracket.
