Discussion on temperature difference between constant temperature welding table and welding nozzle

There are many constant temperature welding tables around welding head's life up to now. Its existence has brought great convenience to our life and won't trouble our operation. No matter what we use, we must understand its application function clearly and know the specific operation method. Today, Xiaobian will study the temperature difference between the constant temperature welding table and the welding nozzle together, as follows: 

1. The size and shape of the welding nozzle will be different depending on the shape of the welding nozzle, such as the white light 900m series welding nozzle. It is assumed that after using the 900m-t-b welding nozzle and replacing it with the 900m-t-h welding nozzle, even if the set temperature is unchanged, their practical temperatures will be different. After measurement, their temperature difference can reach 20℃.

Assuming that welding operations often need to replace welding nozzles with different shapes, it is necessary to use a soldering iron with calibration function and then provide a welding nozzle thermometer. The method is to put the welding tip on the thermometer first, and then read the number on the display. If there is an error with the set temperature, you can use the correction function of the soldering iron to adjust the soldering temperature to the set temperature.

 2. Loss of welding nozzle and heating core The heat of welding nozzle comes from heating core. If there is obstruction in the process of heat transfer, the temperature of welding nozzle will drop. It is assumed that the local oxidation of the heating core or welding tip will reduce the heat transfer efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the maintenance of welding nozzle. In addition, every time the heating core is purchased, there will be slight errors in the heat supplied, so when the heating core is replaced, there will also be errors in the temperature of the welding nozzle.

Since the temperature of the welding nozzle will be changed due to oxide after the heating core and welding nozzle are operated for a period of time, it is necessary to correct the temperature on time in order to ensure that there is still a precise temperature during long-term operation. When replacing heating core or welding tip, because of the difference between the new and the old, it is necessary to make correction in order to have precise temperature.
