Characteristics

Type I (extremely fine)

Features:welding headExtremely small.

Scale of use: It is suitable for precise welding or narrow welding space, and can also correct the tin bridge when welding chips.

Type b/type lb (conical)

Features: Type B welding head has no directionality, and the whole front end of welding head can be welded. Type LB is a kind of type b, and its shape is slender. Able to operate flexibly in the welding environment with tall components around the welding spot or narrow welding space.

Scale of use: Suitable for general welding, regardless of the size of solder joints, B-type welding head can also be used.

Type d /LD (one-word nozzle)

Features: Welding with the nozzle part.

Scale of use: Suitable for welding with large amount of tin, such as welding environment with large welding area, thick terminals and large welding pads.

Type c /CF (chamfered cylinder)

Features: The front bevel of welding head is used for welding, which is suitable for welding with a large amount of tin. As long as there is tin coating on the inclined surface of CF welding head, only the inclined surface can be stained with tin during welding, so the amount of tin will be different from that of C welding head, which is selected according to the welding requirements.

Welding head of 0.5C, 1C/CF, 1.5CF, etc. are very precise, which is suitable for welding small components or correcting tin bridges and columns during surface welding. If only a small amount of solder is needed for welding, it is more appropriate to use CF welding head with tin plating only on the inclined plane;

2C/2CF, 3C/3CF welding head, suitable for welding resistors, diodes and other components, SOP and QFP with large pitch can also be used;

4C/4CF, suitable for thick terminals and grounding on circuit boards.

K type (knife edge)

Features: Knife-shaped welding, vertical welding or pull welding can be used, which belongs to multi-purpose welding head.

Use scale: it is suitable for welding SOJ, PLCC, SOP, QFP, power supply, grounding components, correcting tin bridges, connectors, etc.

H type

Features: Tin plating on the bottom of welding head.

Use scale: it is suitable for SOP and QFP with large pitch in pull welding.
